Attention: Due to machine failure, we are no longer able to fulfill mosts juice orders. Yogurt, Pure Orange, and Eats are unaffected.

Shipping policy

At 86 Cold Press, we’re all about getting fresh, cold-pressed juice and healthy products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process:

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to ensure you get your juice fresh and cold. Orders are delivered on scheduled delivery days to maintain product quality. You’ll receive a notification once your order is on its way.

  • Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to select areas. Enter your zip code at checkout to see if we deliver to your location.
  • Delivery Days & Times: Orders are delivered on specific days, which will be shown at checkout. While we aim to deliver within the selected timeframe, slight variations may occur due to traffic or weather.
  • Delivery Instructions: If you have specific instructions (e.g., leave at the front door, gate codes, etc.), please add them at checkout.

Cold-Chain Commitment

Our juices are cold-pressed and unpasteurized, meaning they must stay refrigerated. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order and refrigerate it promptly. 86 Cold Press is not responsible for juice left unrefrigerated after delivery.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your order and no instructions were provided, our driver will attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

Order Cut-Off Times

To ensure freshness, all orders must be placed by 12:00am Sunday for Tuesday morning Delivery and 12:00am Wednesday for Friday morning delivery. For next available delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us contact us immediately at adugan@86coldpress.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Order Theft

Once your order has been successfully delivered, 86 Cold Press is not responsible for any stolen or lost items. We schedule early deliveries to help minimize the chances of theft. For the best protection, we recommend using secure delivery instructions or locations.
